Pastry Artisan Position

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Artisan to join our team at ShopRite of Montgomery. This role involves working in a fast-paced bakery environment, where you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality products and providing excellent customer service.

**Estimated Salary:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Pack out product into display cases to maintain a visually appealing store front.
• Rotate product to ensure freshness and prevent spoilage.
• Ensure accurate signage is displayed in the department to inform customers about available products.
• Prepare trays to meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
• Perform all duties in accordance with Local, State, and Federal regulations related to the bakery operation.

**Requirements:

• Previous experience as a baker or pastry artisan.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality products.
