Sobre el Trabajo

El rol de Especialista en Producción Visual en CatFace, bajo la supervisión del Gerente de Producción y el Artista de Producción Senior, implica la preparación creativa y eficiente de contenido de video según lo guionado. Los candidatos que deseen sobresalir deben ayudar a su equipo a adaptarse, aprender y perfeccionar las habilidades necesarias para potenciar la creatividad colectiva del equipo. La naturaleza dinámica de la producción de videos virales exige una rápida adaptabilidad.

Responsabilidades

  • Colaborar con miembros del equipo de producción para crear los activos necesarios.
  • Utilizar programas externos como Substance Painter y Blockbench para diseñar activos.
  • Seguir los cronogramas de producción para asegurar que tanto los proyectos a corto como a largo plazo avancen de manera oportuna.
  • Coordinar con otros equipos para entregar cualquier activo requerido.
  • Mantener una biblioteca organizada de activos utilizando Dropbox.
  • Realizar otras tareas según se asignen.

Requisitos

  • Dominio de las aplicaciones de Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Conocimiento de la plataforma Minecraft y el estilo de arte en píxeles.
  • Interés genuino en el gameplay de Minecraft/Roblox/YouTube en general.
  • Capacidad para trabajar tanto de manera independiente como en pequeños equipos.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de entretenimiento de ritmo rápido y cambiar de enfoque en un instante.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y puntualidad.
