Job Purpose:

As a key member of the Martin-Baker America, Inc. team, you will serve as the primary technical liaison between the company and customers in the maintenance and support of company products. Your expertise will be essential in providing direct support to customers in the development of engineering changes, investigations, and during the installation of new equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide technical support on ejection seats and seat test equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues, develop engineering changes, and implement new equipment installations.
  • Monitor and report potential issues related to product performance, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Manage and distribute spare parts for ejection seats and seat test equipment, ensuring availability and minimizing delays.
  • Coordinate efforts with technical and customer personnel to resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of four years of military experience in the support and maintenance of ejection seats, or equivalent experience in aircraft maintenance. A detailed knowledge of Martin-Baker Aircraft Company history and products is also essential. Desired qualifications include six or more years of experience, including supervisory positions, and a deep understanding of MBA/MBAI products, practices, policies, and procedures.
