Job Title: Salesforce Platform LeadAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Platform Lead to join our team at Equity Trust. This role will be responsible for leading the Salesforce team to ensure continuous improvement and enhancement to the Salesforce platform for internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Salesforce team to design scalable solutions that use best practices and technologies.
  • Manage and delegate Salesforce work to accomplish business objectives.
  • Hire, train, motivate, and coach other Salesforce Administrators, assessing performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.
  • Manage Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to: Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Manage sandbox environment.
  • DevOps/release management experience.
  • Integrate with Development Team to handle the administrative side of custom code deployments.
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
  • Test changes and new features from internal developers and other administrators as well as external partners.
  • Research and know best practices for Salesforce and stay abreast of new features.
  • Working with integrated applications including but not limited to: DocuSign, Formstack Documents, DevOps tools, Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and manage Financial Service Cloud.
  • Manage Marketing Cloud.
  • Work closely with other Salesforce Administrators to avoid conflicts and breaking changes.
  • Craft technical documentation.
  • Enthusiastically teach best practices.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with hands-on business Salesforce administration.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
  • Solid understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Agile Scrum experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certifications, Trailhead Mountaineer or higher, strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administer, Platform App Builder), Trailhead Mountaineer or higher, or demonstrated expertise configuring complex solutions within Salesforce

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to speak and hear. The associate is frequently required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as stand, walk, use hands and fingers, and reach with hands and arms. This job requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.
