Digital Transformation Leader

Equity Trust is seeking a Digital Transformation Leader to oversee the creation, continuous improvement, and ongoing operation of applications critical to our company's success. This leadership role directs the work of a team responsible for designing, building, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting various applications.
Job OverviewThe Manager of Software Development will establish functional requirements and reviews solutions to ensure organizational needs are met. Develops short and long-term product roadmaps to ensure continuous improvement of software.
Key Responsibilities- Establishes Software Delivery Processes: Develops and enforces software development standards, processes, and procedures based on modern development principles.
- Conducts Code Reviews: Maintains design and code reviews to ensure code developed meets best practice, unit testing, security, scalability, and maintainability guidelines.
- Manages Key Performance Indicators: Selects, tracks, and reports appropriate KPIs for development processes and specific initiatives.
- Promotes Agile Methodology: Partners with internal clients to understand business requirements, translates objectives into technical applications, and coordinates development of appropriate solutions.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience with and an understanding of:
- Expert-Level Programming Skills: Expert level ability in at least one modern development language (Java, C#, Go, Python, Apex, LWC, etc.)
- Salesforce Experience: Has delivered applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, or Omniscript/Vlocity.
- Agile Methodology: Experience with agile software development methodology (specifically Scrum).
- Software Testing Approaches: Knowledge of software testing approaches (unit, system, integration, functional, performance).
