- Assessing patients' health needs and developing individualized care plans

- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current certification as an Advance Practice Nurse in the State of Texas
- One year of full-time post-licensure clinical nursing experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills and ability to direct others
- Ability to analyze complex information and make sound judgments
