The estimated annual salary for this position is $62,500 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Renal Care Specialist - Hemodialysis Technician to join our team. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Measure and record vital signs, including blood pressure and weight
  • Initiate cannulation and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, or NNCO (or state-approved certification)
  • 1-3 years of experience in dialysis or a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
