CASES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to serve as a Team Director for our Young Adult Assertive Community Treatment (YA ACT) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and supervising the clinical and administrative operations of the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed services to our consumers.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the YA ACT team, including team meetings, clinical documentation, and reporting.
- Ensure the team delivers services that are aligned with the principles of recovery-oriented care and motivational interviewing.
- Provide regular clinical supervision, training, and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance department to conduct utilization reviews and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Consult with senior clinical leadership on complex cases and team issues.
- Coordinate Medicaid billing and ensure the team meets billing targets.
- Perform other duties as required by the Director and executive staff.
- LMSW, LCSW, RN, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) degree.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- At least three years of experience providing services to adults with serious mental illness.
- Experience working with young adults (ages 18 to 25) and knowledge of developmental issues and needs.
- Experience working on a multidisciplinary team and knowledge of family systems, vocational, and educational planning.
- Fluency in Spanish.
