Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at Wesco, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by telephone, email, and/or walk-ins to provide inquiry or problem resolution. You will also resolve routine and complex problems, analyze customer service needs, and refer to other service or technical departments as needed. Additionally, you will process payments for cash account customers and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
