Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Confirm Appointments: Manage and coordinate appointments to ensure our patients receive timely and excellent care.
  • Treatment Coordination: Work closely with patients to develop and communicate their dental treatment plans, providing guidance on financing options and other related matters.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a similar role.
    • Skills: Exceptional communication and sales skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
    • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Dentrix and other record-keeping systems.
    • Customer Service: Strong customer service skills and excellent phone etiquette.
