Job Summary

We are seeking a Shift Lead to assist all managers in coordinating and driving legendary execution of each shift. As a Shift Lead, you will be a positive leader who is actively involved in all facets of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure that every guest has a legendary experience through quality food and service.
  • Driving Standard Operating Procedures: Implement and maintain high standards in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Leading Successful Shift Execution: Coordinate and drive legendary execution of each shift from start to finish.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop a high-performance team to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven record of leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Prioritization: Ability to prioritize multiple situations and tasks.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively train and develop team members.
  • Previous Experience: Previous restaurant experience is strongly preferred with a proven history of excellence.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work 30+ hours per week with flexibility in work hours.
  • Education: High School graduate or equivalent education.
