Role Overview
Evaluate business requirements that can be addressed through automated systems. Develop and define the scope and objectives of automated systems based on user needs and a comprehensive understanding of relevant business systems and industry standards. Provide expertise in identifying, assessing, and developing systems and processes that fulfill user requirements while adhering to specified sizing estimates. Configure system settings and options; plan and execute business design, assist in integration and acceptance testing as needed; and create specifications to meet business needs. This includes analyzing business and user requirements, documenting them, and translating them into appropriate system requirement specifications.
Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate within an agile scrum team, including a ScrumMaster, Product Owner, business analyst, test analysts, application developers, and client representatives to design and deliver new products or capabilities in an iterative manner. Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, screen mock-ups, flow diagrams, etc., outlining the proposed solution. Assist in gathering and validating non-functional requirements, reviewing architectures and designs, ensuring adherence to standards, and developing strategies to confirm that target requirements are adequately addressed. Actively participate in all agile scrum ceremonies. Maintain project and system documentation. Advocate for the development team's priorities, challenge scope-creep, and negotiate timelines with the product owner.Ideal Candidates Will:

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree. Relevant experience or degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field; or equivalent training or experience in lieu of a degree. Typically, a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. Professional experience collaborating with end-users to fulfill business needs.Preferred Qualifications:
Typically, a minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of scripting, familiarity with the bankcard industry, understanding of data structures, and professional experience working with end-users to meet business needs. Actively pursuing a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation.Note: This position is not eligible for the referral bonus award program.
