We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at The Mental Health Association of Westchester Inc. as an OnTrack Clinician. This is a unique opportunity to work with adolescents and young adults who are experiencing their first episode of psychosis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supportive therapy and behavioral interventions to participants and their families.
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine participants' social functioning and substance use.
- Develop and modify treatment plans collaboratively with clients using shared decision-making.
- Connect participants and families with necessary services and support.
- Facilitate participants' transition from the team to other services and supports.
- New York State licenses: LMSW, LMHC, Psychologist, or LCSW.
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to participate in multiple hours of live video training.
- Bi-lingual Spanish (preferred).
- Basic Community System Knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Salary Range: $70-85K, based on departmental budget, qualifications, experience, education, and licenses.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Subject to business needs, including hybrid options.
- Paid Time Off: 25 days of PTO, 12 sick days, and 11 company-paid holidays per year.
- Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision plans for staff working 30+ hours.
- Retirement: 403B plan with discretionary employer contributions after 1 year.
