Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our team at The QTI Group. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of welding operations and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lay out and perform specific welding operations and set-ups, adhering to work instructions, work orders, and blueprints.
  • Use jigs, holding fixtures, guides, templates, and measuring instruments to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Inspect completed work, accepting or rejecting components as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Good math skills, including decimals and fractions.
  • Ability to understand written materials, including instructions, blueprints, parts lists, charts, safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • General computer skills.
