PM Technician

We are seeking a skilled PM Technician to join our team at McWane in Anniston, AL. As a PM Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our machine shop floor, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

• Ensure personal safety and the safety of team members by following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Assist supervisors and managers in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
• Perform general clean-up duties, including sweeping, dusting, and disposing of trash and debris.
• Operate tow motor, skid steer, sweeper, and other moving equipment to transport waste and product.
• Notify supervisor of errors or equipment stoppage.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubricating equipment and cleaning coolant tanks and sumps.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain certifications to drive motorized equipment (forklifts and man lifts).
• Must be safety-oriented and willing to work in a team environment.

The work environment for this position will be in a manufacturing setting with exposure to wide ranges of temperatures, humid conditions, moving machinery, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibrations, and varying noise levels.
