Job Title: PM Technician

M&H Valve Company is seeking a highly skilled PM Technician to join our team in Anniston, AL.

Job Summary:

This is a regular full-time position responsible for general clean-up duties and general labor on the machine shop floor. The ideal candidate will be safety-oriented, able to work in a team environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of team members
  • Assist supervisors and managers in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
  • Maintain cleanliness of the machining and assembly areas
  • Operate tow motor, skid steer, sweeper, and related moving equipment to transport waste and product
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including lubricating and greasing equipment
  • Reclaim cutting and lubricating oils from machines
  • Use hand tools to remove machine covers and waycovers to access areas of the machines to be cleaned and PM'd
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to obtain certifications to drive motorized equipment (forklifts and man lifts)
  • Must be safety-oriented for self and others
  • Must be willing to work in a team environment
Working Conditions:

The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a wide range of temperatures, humid conditions, moving machinery, dust, fumes, gases, odors, vibrations, and varying noise levels.
