Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our team at Azure Acres. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive business growth and expansion.
    • Lead the executive team in setting and achieving organizational goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with department heads to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of care.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.
    • Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance.
    • Collaborate with regulatory bodies to resolve any compliance issues.
  • Human Resources
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
    • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
    • Collaborate with HR to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Community Engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to engage with the local community, promoting Azure Acres as a leader in behavioral healthcare.
    • Collaborate with community partners to develop and implement programs and services.
    • Represent Azure Acres at local events and conferences.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Marketing, Clinical Discipline, or related field.
    • Master's degree in health care administration, business administration, Clinical Discipline or related field preferred.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of three to five years of experience in senior leadership or CEO role in a behavioral health, acute care, and/or managed care environment.
    • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of facility administration and clinical operations.
    • Experience in turning around an organization as well as the ability to direct crisis and inpatient behavioral health services.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage budgets.
    • Regulatory compliance skills, with the ability to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
