Account Manager

At First MainStreet Insurance, L.C., we are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our High-Performance Team, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with assigned accounts, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Regularly communicate with accounts to proactively address concerns, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Manage assigned accounts, ensuring all deadlines are met and information is accurately reported.
  • Seek opportunities to round out accounts, ensuring we are fully mitigating clients' risk through insurance coverages.
  • Monitor account satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure high levels of account retention.
  • Market new business and/or renewal business, working closely with our Risk Advisors to identify opportunities.
  • Manage all account work in our agency management system (EPIC) to ensure accurate data.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in account management, customer relationship management, or sales.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office and other applications to maximize efficiency.
  • Ability to become licensed within 90 days.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry terminology and documentation.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret insurance-related data.
