Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven Digital Marketing Specialist - Sales Enablement to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing and communications strategies that drive sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target personas and convert them into qualified leads. You will also be responsible for managing digital advertising spend, creating and executing written content, and identifying new opportunities for content creation.

Salary Range:$80,000-$90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target personas and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Manage digital advertising spend across multiple platforms, including 6sense, Google, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Create and execute written content at a high proficiency, focusing on topics such as company news, product updates, and industry trends.
  • Identify new opportunities for content creation, working closely with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns and messaging.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Compile marketing reports and analyze data to inform future marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a marketing-related role.
  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong ability to write and communicate effectively, with a focus on creativity and engagement.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, Hubspot, or 6sense.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
