Job Summary

FP Global is seeking a seasoned Commercial Director to drive new client acquisitions and boost revenue growth in Asia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of enhancing office revenue and profitability, with a strong network of third-party influencers and business contacts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust pipeline of profitable opportunities across the region, catering to the needs of clients in Private Equity, Real Estate Funds, Private Credit Funds, and Hedge Funds.
  • Identify and engage potential clients within the fund industry, leveraging exceptional self-confidence and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to innovate new products and stay abreast of market trends, driving business development and growth initiatives.
  • Initiate market outreach programs based on strategic initiatives, cultivating and managing a network of influencers and business contacts.
  • Advocate the firm's services through various channels, including articles and guest appearances on business shows.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in business development, with a focus on fund services, financial solutions, and corporate services, preferably within an established fund administration organization, financial service provider, asset management firm, or securities services provider.
  • A proven track record of enhancing office revenue and profitability.
  • An existing network of third-party influencers and business contacts is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional self-confidence and strategic thinking abilities with a proven capability to lead or contribute to discussions with a broad range of stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
  • Proven sales skills with a history of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with high-level figures in the cultivation of client relationships.
