Position Summary:

We are seeking a Mobile Painting Supervisor for a full-time role based out of North Carolina. This position necessitates extensive travel, potentially up to 100% outside the local area. The starting compensation for this role ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, contingent upon experience and qualifications. The ideal candidate will be diligent, eager to learn about our diverse services, and capable of both working independently and leading a team of painters.

As a Mobile Painting Supervisor with PostedPM, you will be responsible for traveling to various client sites to execute both interior and exterior painting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and prioritize customer requirements while managing workload effectively.
  • Train and oversee a team of painters.
  • Ensure adherence to PostedPM operational procedures.
  • Comply with ladder safety regulations as established by OSHA.
  • Demonstrate comfort and confidence when working at heights.
  • Maintain a weight of less than 275 lbs due to ladder weight restrictions.
  • Adapt to working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Utilize technology to access company and customer platforms efficiently.
  • Work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Typical work hours will range from 40 to 50 hours per week.
  • Exhibit integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Provide outstanding customer service consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in commercial painting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain small equipment.
  • Experience supervising small teams of painters.
