Position Overview:

As a Retail Operations Supervisor, you will play a vital role in our leadership team. Your primary focus will be on driving a successful business model that emphasizes building authentic relationships with customers, enhancing brand loyalty, and fostering community involvement. You will provide immediate feedback and mentorship to ensure each team member reaches their full potential. While you will manage a significant aspect of the operations, you will also be expected to seamlessly support your colleagues as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate each shift with an energetic and motivating atmosphere that inspires the team.
  • Monitor team performance to ensure they meet their objectives and exceed customer expectations.
  • Encourage team members to engage with customers in a genuine manner.
  • Stay informed about trends in the social landscape and keep the team connected.
  • Facilitate comprehensive training and mentoring for team members, ensuring they utilize available tools and resources effectively.
  • Develop innovative strategies to engage the community and enhance customer loyalty through events.
  • Adapt to various roles as necessary to ensure operational efficiency and team productivity.
  • Prioritize essential tasks and drive initiatives to completion in a timely manner.
  • Be prepared to assume the Store Director role when required, demonstrating sound judgment.
  • Act in accordance with our core values.

  • Are available during peak times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Are proficient with technology and familiar with industry-related resources.
  • Can perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving products as needed.
  • Are able to navigate all areas of the store and remain accessible to customers.
