Position Overview

As a Sales Lead with Keys, you play a vital role in the success of our retail locations. Your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional customer experience. You will stay informed about all products, promotions, and marketing strategies to effectively engage with customers and meet their needs. Additionally, you will communicate the UGG brand's commitment to sustainability and ethical practices while sharing your enthusiasm for our offerings. Working collaboratively within a dynamic team, you will strive to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Sales Lead with Keys, you will:

  • Create personalized shopping experiences that foster brand loyalty.
  • Model our Service Training Program by greeting customers promptly and courteously.
  • Address all customer inquiries accurately before they leave the store.
  • Provide outstanding service throughout the customer journey, including clear communication of our return policy.
  • Maintain a positive and cheerful demeanor with customers and colleagues, promoting the store and brand image in all interactions.
  • Be readily available to assist customers both in-store and over the phone.

Moreover, your responsibilities extend beyond the sales floor. You will:

  • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
  • Conduct daily inventory checks and ensure products are well-stocked.
  • Merchandise products according to Visual Merchandising standards.
  • Keep the back-stock area and employee break area clean and organized.
  • Practice safety measures and respond to theft in line with company policies.
  • Foster a positive work environment by recognizing team members' achievements and maintaining respect among colleagues.

To excel as a Sales Lead with Keys, you should possess the following skills:

  • Deliver the highest level of customer service as outlined in our Service Training Program.
  • Prioritize brand and product knowledge and share this with customers.

Qualifications

  • Two (2) years of retail experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
  • Self-motivated team player.
  • Excellent team-building abilities.
  • Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Flexible schedule to meet business needs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
