The Gardens at York Terrace is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to fill the role of Assistant Director Of Nursing RN. This is a full-time position at our 80-bed skilled nursing facility in Pottsville, PA.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement nursing care policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor patient care and address any concerns.
- Participate in interviewing and screening residents for admission to the facility.
- Review nurses' notes to ensure proper documentation is maintained relating to patient treatment, medications, and conditions.
- Registered Nurse RN with over a year of experience in nurse leadership in a long-term care setting as an ADON or DON.
- Experience with the geriatric population is preferred.
