Job Title: Senior Generative AI Model Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Generative AI Model Developer to lead the development and deployment of advanced AI models at Tekgence Inc. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and optimizing generative AI models to meet specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop AI Models: Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models to meet specific project requirements.
  • Lead AI Solutions: Lead the implementation of GenAI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and secure.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with onshore and offshore teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into various applications.
  • Oversee AI Projects: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from initial concept through to deployment and maintenance.
  • Stay Current with AI Advancements: Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to enhance our AI solutions.
  • Document AI Models: Create detailed documentation for AI models and systems, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals.
  • Mentor Junior Developers: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members on best practices in GenAI development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI/ML: Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on generative models.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other AI frameworks.
  • Successful AI Project Implementation: Demonstrated experience in successfully implementing AI projects in real-world settings.

  • Experience with Cloud Platforms and Services: Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS).
  • Experience with REST API Libraries and Frameworks: Experience with REST API libraries and frameworks such as Django, Flask, Fast.
  • Knowledge of Version Control Systems: Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Design Patterns: Familiar with Design Patterns.
