  • Restock Supplies: Load housekeeping carts with all necessary supplies, including linens, toiletries, and cleaning products.
  • Inspect Rooms for Safety Hazards: Check for damaged linens, safety hazards, and equipment malfunctions.
  • Respond to Guest Requests: Prepare rooms for guest arrivals and respond to special guest requests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Record room status on work assignment sheets and report lost and found articles and maintenance problems to a supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Housekeeping Experience: Required for this role.
  • Attention to Detail: Essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
