  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Implement access control measures to ensure authorized personnel enter the premises, verify identification, and maintain visitor logs
  • Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents in a timely and effective manner
  • Write and document incident reports in a clear and concise manner
  • Enforce rules and regulations, and resolve conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide friendly and professional security services to clients and visitors
Requirements
  • Valid New York State Security Guard License
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Concierge experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum 1 year of consistent security guard experience
  • Professional communication and appearance
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to act courteously with others
  • Mature outlook and ability to handle escalated situations
  • Valid CPR-AED certification (a plus)
  • Exceptional work ethic
