Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a crucial role in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable. You'll work in an environment where the highest professional and ethical standards are maintained, ensuring all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions.
  • Provide caring service that exceeds customer expectations, working in fast-paced environments and demonstrating compassionate, genuine care for patients and customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
  • Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks over a period of time without being distracted.
  • Customer service orientation to actively look for ways to help people and respond appropriately to their reactions.
  • Communication skills to use verbal and written communication effectively.
  • Mathematical reasoning to solve problems, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription.
  • Problem resolution skills to judge when something is wrong or likely to go wrong and choose the best course of action.
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
  • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • PTCB National Certification.
Education and Training

You'll need a High School diploma or equivalent, although education may vary depending on the state's Board of Pharmacy guidelines.

Salary and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $16.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors. Additionally, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, employee stock purchase plan, fully-paid term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefits, paid time off, and paid holidays.
