E-commerce Order Filler Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #1627 in DILWORTH, MN. As an essential member of our online order fulfillment team, you will be responsible for accurately locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locating and retrieving merchandise from stockroom or warehouse areas
• Preparing and packaging orders for shipment or in-store pickup
• Verifying order accuracy and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Compensation Package:

As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you can expect a competitive hourly wage range of $16-$23 per hour, with additional compensation in the form of annual or quarterly performance incentives. You may also be eligible for premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
