Job Summary:

Spherion is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with our warehouse team to ensure data accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Utilize inventory management software to track and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies in inventory levels, ensuring that our records accurately reflect our stock.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our warehouse team to identify and resolve any issues related to inventory management, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to coordinate stock replenishment, ensuring that our inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Process Improvement: Implement best practices to streamline inventory control processes, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.
