Responsibilities:

  • Client Visits: Make regular visits to clients in their homes to assess their physical needs and provide personalized care.
  • Diagnostic Testing: Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet clients' physical therapy needs.

Qualifications:
