About The Lotus Collaborative:

The Lotus Collaborative (TLC) is dedicated to providing comprehensive recovery services for individuals facing eating disorders and behavioral health challenges. Our focus is on treating conditions such as anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, orthorexia, and disordered eating.

At TLC, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, client-centered, and individualized treatment in a supportive environment. Our services include a partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), outpatient nutrition and counseling, as well as transitional housing.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time primary therapist to join our dedicated team. Candidates must hold a current registration as an Associate (ACSW, AMFT, APCC).


Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in eating disorder treatment.
  • Clinical background in higher levels of care such as inpatient, residential, PHP, or IOP is highly desirable.
  • Individuals with a strong personal recovery journey in eating disorders are encouraged to apply.
  • Special consideration will be given to trauma specialists.

Job Responsibilities:

The primary therapist will be responsible for:

  • Providing individual therapy and facilitating group sessions.
  • Conducting family therapy and offering therapeutic meal support.
  • Engaging in experiential outings and coordinating care with the client's treatment team.
  • Performing clinical assessments and managing insurance pre-certifications.
  • Participating in discharge and aftercare planning.
  • Contributing to a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in intensive case management and maintain detailed documentation, including treatment planning in alignment with company and managed care standards. Building rapport with clients and engaging authentically is essential.

Weekend availability is required.

Compensation:
