We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Universal Health Services. As a key member of our behavioral health team, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive mental health care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with our medical director, clinical staff, and nursing staff to provide mental health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and manage mental health care regimens in collaboration with our designated physician.
- Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing the physical and emotional well-being of our patients.
- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Washington State NP license with prescriptive authority, including DEA licensure.
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- BLS, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation certification.
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in primary care or urgent care.
