As a Medical Hydration Specialist at Mambo Royal Care LLC, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care by administering intravenous hydration treatments and electrical stimulation therapy.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of medical professionals. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in nursing, with a focus on IV hydration and electrical stimulation therapy.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess patient needs, manage treatment protocols, monitor patient progress, and ensure the safe and effective delivery of therapies. You will work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and responses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and current conditions to determine the appropriateness of IV hydration and electrical stimulation therapy.
  • IV Hydration Administration: Prepare and administer intravenous fluids and medications according to established protocols and physician orders. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Electrical Stimulation Therapy: Apply electrical stimulation therapy as prescribed, including electrode placement, adjusting parameters, and monitoring patient responses to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Treatment Monitoring: Continuously observe and document patient responses to treatments, including any side effects or complications. Adjust treatment protocols as necessary in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program
  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Virginia
  • Previous experience in administering IV hydration and electrical stimulation therapy preferred
  • Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and certification in IV therapy preferred
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
