Job Title: Medical Care Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team at Mambo Royal Care LLC. This role involves providing high-quality patient care by administering intravenous hydration treatments and electrical stimulation therapy.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and current conditions to determine the appropriateness of IV hydration and electrical stimulation therapy.
  • IV Hydration Administration: Prepare and administer intravenous fluids and medications according to established protocols and physician orders. Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or complications.
  • Electrical Stimulation Therapy: Apply electrical stimulation therapy as prescribed, including electrode placement, adjusting parameters, and monitoring patient responses to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
  • Treatment Monitoring: Continuously observe and document patient responses to treatments, including any side effects or complications. Adjust treatment protocols as necessary in collaboration with the healthcare team.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients about the procedures, including preparation, expectations, and aftercare. Provide instructions on how to manage any potential side effects or follow-up care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment details, patient progress, and any changes in medical status. Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Education: Diploma (DPL), Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN), or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: Current and valid RN license in the state of Virginia.
  • Experience: Previous experience in administering IV hydration and electrical stimulation therapy preferred. Experience in a clinical or outpatient setting is advantageous.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
