Position Overview:

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Cost Accountant to become part of our team at Gotion Inc's manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in analyzing production costs, generating financial reports, and formulating cost-saving initiatives. Proficiency in Chinese is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate manufacturing expenses and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Compile and deliver financial reports to upper management.
  • Design and execute strategies for cost reduction.
  • Monitor and analyze discrepancies between actual and projected costs.
  • Maintain precise records of all cost accounting activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the Cost Accounting Manager to ensure adherence to all accounting policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Chinese.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle ERP.
