Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care support to residents, including bathing, cleaning, dressing, and assisting with daily activities.
  • Assist with medication administration, as identified for each individual resident.
  • Answer emergency calls promptly and report any unusual signs or changes in residents' physical/mental condition to the Wellness Director or Executive Director immediately.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous healthcare, geriatrics, or experience working with the elderly population is preferred.
  • Desire to work with geriatric populations is essential.
  • Training per state requirements is necessary.
