Your Key Responsibilities

As a, Afterhours Registered Nurse, you will:

* Assess the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of patients in home health settings.
* Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations of patients' nursing requirements.
* Communicate significant changes, findings, or unsafe conditions to supervisors, physicians, and care teams.
* Provide guidance and implement safety plans using patient data, family input, and community resources.
* Execute and review the Plan of Care, ensuring it aligns with physician's orders and established standards.
* Respond to deviations in patient condition and take appropriate actions.
* Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in clinical records and reports.
* Take on additional projects or duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring to the Role

* Completion of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's in Nursing).
* At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience (Home Health experience preferred but not required).
* Valid Registered Nurse license in your state.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Flexibility to travel approximately 50% of the time.
