Strategic Financial Leadership

This role involves providing strategic financial guidance to the lodge's leadership team, focusing on financial planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills and be able to drive financial growth through data-driven decision making.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develops and implements financial strategies, aligning with the lodge's overall business objectives
• Provides financial guidance to the leadership team, ensuring sound financial decision making
• Identifies and mitigates financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and laws
• Collaborates with the General Manager to develop and implement financial plans and budgets

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting environment
• Strong proficiency in financial software, including Microsoft Excel and Tableau

Estimated Salary Range: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum
