  • Transcribe dictations and ensure accurate time entry for all legal matters.

  • Prepare and file legal documents with the court system.

  • Coordinate and manage real estate transactions and private client matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in the Trust and Estate sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of estate planning, real estate, and wealth planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience in transcription and accurate time entry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex calendars.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
