Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and respond to discovery requests, including admissions, disclosures, interrogatories, depositions, and orders.
  • Develop and review motions, briefs, pleadings, and discovery.
  • Manage hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings.
  • Provide exceptional client service, communicating effectively with clients and managing attorneys to understand their concerns and provide sound legal advice.
  • Analyze and evaluate case law, statutes, regulations, and documents to deliver comprehensive and persuasive writing.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of commercial/real estate experience
  • 2+ years of litigation experience
  • In good standing and licensed in the state of New York
  • Previous experience working with Westlaw or Lexis Nexis
