Job Summary

Trios Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Therapy Supervisor- Interim to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation services department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of our adult rehabilitation staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement treatment programs to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff to ensure high-quality patient care and services.
  • Collaborate with directors and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and programs.
  • Analyze and resolve problems and issues related to rehabilitation services.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to ensure the effective operation of rehabilitation services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or rehabilitation counseling.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership, problem-solving, and program development.
