ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team inRichland, WA This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children within a dynamic work environment.

Position Details:

  • Hourly Pay: $50+(commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

  • Assess students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to identify barriers to learning.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' specific needs and goals.
  • Provide direct intervention services to students, including therapeutic activities and exercises.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to implement strategies that support students' academic and social success.
  • Advocate for students' needs within the school environment and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred.
