Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at New England Coffee. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our coffee, tea, and beverage equipment for our food service and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee, tea, and beverage equipment at customer locations
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as electrical or plumbing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
