About the Role

Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex workers compensation claims.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and evaluate complex workers compensation claims to determine the best course of action.
  • Work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
  • Think critically and solve problems to optimally serve clients and claimants.
  • Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making and analyze claims exposure.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to claimants and clients, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
  • Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Litigation experience.
