Gallagher is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a key member of our experienced Claims Adjuster team, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and resolving complex workers compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities- Investigate and evaluate complex workers compensation claims to determine the best course of action.
- Work closely with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
- Think critically and solve problems to optimally serve clients and claimants.
- Apply claims management experience to execute decision-making and analyze claims exposure.
- Provide exceptional customer service to claimants and clients, exhibiting empathy throughout the claims process.
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled.
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
- Computer experience with related claims and business software.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Litigation experience.
