This role involves scrutinizing and interpreting data, documentation, and payment histories to make informed decisions regarding the management of adjustments, suspense notifications, and debt responsibilities, ensuring that families receive the necessary support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates activities as requested by the enforcement or establishment specialist to manage designated financial operations on specific child support cases.
  • Gathers and assesses information to execute case-specific tasks aimed at securing or enforcing child support obligations.
  • Processes suspense notifications for assigned child support specialists and removes alerts when appropriate.
  • Establishes distributions as necessary and updates the system to document actions taken, while monitoring to ensure proper processing of funds.
  • Activates orders and manages debt obligations.
  • Calculates arrears upon request.
  • Prepares arrears calculations and affidavits related to arrears.
  • Maintains consistent and punctual attendance.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Experience:

  • Background in child support services.
  • Familiarity with KAECSES.

  • Problem Solving: Proficient in identifying and resolving issues promptly. Capable of gathering and analyzing information effectively, developing alternative solutions, and collaborating in group problem-solving scenarios.
