Position Overview:

  • As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Avera Brady Health and Rehab, you will operate under the guidance of a licensed nurse to provide tailored care to residents. Your responsibilities will include addressing their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional needs daily to promote their autonomy and overall well-being.
  • We are looking for CNAs who are enthusiastic about building authentic relationships with residents, excel in a fast-paced environment, and work well in a team.

Requirements:

  • Certification as a nursing assistant in South Dakota is required within 120 days of employment
  • Basic Life Support Certification is necessary within 6 months for night shift positions

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time role with shifts scheduled from 5:45 AM to 6:15 PM, including weekends and holidays

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage is competitive and varies based on experience (current range: $24.00 per hour)
