Avera Brady Health and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. As a CNA, you will provide direct, personal care and services to residents, meeting their physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality daily care to residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the licensed nurse.
Requirements:
- Certified as a nursing assistant in the State of South Dakota required within 120 days of starting this position.
- Basic Life Support Certification required within 6 months if primary work shift is a night shift position.
