Wireless Sales Manager

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Manager to join our team. As a Wireless Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, leading, and motivating a team of experienced Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets in multiple retail locations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, lead, and motivate a team of Wireless Sales Pros to achieve sales and business targets.
- Conduct daily field visits and maintain a visible presence within a market to ensure excellence.
- Analyze performance data and regularly report on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
**Requirements**
- Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Sales Management experience preferred.
- Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required.
