  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on promoting health, preventing illness, and alleviating suffering.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques.
  • Document patient progress, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes, in accordance with regulatory requirements and Focus Staff's policies.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Washington.
  • At least one year of experience in Home Health nursing, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
